Wherever the members of the Jackson family were today, they were mourning Michael.
While Michael’s siblings paid their respects to their fallen brother with a trip to his mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif., the King of Pop’s mother, Katherine, flew with Michael’s kids to their family’s old home in Gary, Ind., for the unveiling of a monument in honor of the first anniversary of her global-superstar son’s death.
Katherine and the kids—who were vacationing in Hawaii all week—initially planned to return to Los Angeles tonight to be with the rest of the family, a source tells E! News. But they might not make it back until tomorrow, when Katherine’s supposedly making an appearance at another tribute/book-launch party at the Beverly Hilton.
Last night saw a 2 hour introduction into A&E’s new reality show, The Jack5sons, which charts Jermaine, Marlon, Tito, and Jackie Jackson in their bid for a reuninon tour.
Although the show was heavily criticized A&E were ‘happy’ with the viewing figures.
On December 13, 2009, the premier episode of “The Jack5ons: A Family Dynasty” will air on the A&E channel; in the United States.
Controversy surrounds the program, as allegedly Michael wanted nothing to do with the show, yet Jermaine in a recent interview said that Michael supported the project.
