On 40Acres, Spike Lee showcased the This Is It video that he directed. It was officially released at 7PM.

A true masterpiece.

Dr. Arnie Klein opened up to Harvey Levin, on TMZ Live, with a fountain of information regarding his friendship with Michael.

In the interview Klein, stated that he played no part in the death of Michael; and is free of accusations and guilt. Klein did however place the blame fully on Dr. Conrad Murray.

Throughout the interview Klein looked shifty, and never maintained eye contact, and was constantly looking down, and to the right, a sure sign that he was not telling the truth throughout the interview.

Klein said that Latoya Jackson spent a few nights at Michael’s rented house after the reported death of June 25, 2009.

First it was real, then it was a fake created by RTL, now it may be real again.

Keen-eyed forum members have spotted indiscrepancies between the RTL version of events and other reported versions of events surrounding the arrival of the coroner’s van at the coroner’s office.

At the 2min 50sec mark, there is a guy with a blue shirt seen following the van. By his entrance it would be possible to conclude he may have caught the footage.

Some of the differences noted are:

• The wall is different. On the original there is clearly bricks, where as on the RTL version these are not so defined.
• The door colors are diffrent. The RTL version is a lighter green.
• The van stops at different distances from the wall.
• In the RTL Version the brake light is reflected on the door. In the original it is not.

So although it is not clear whether RTL did indeed fake the whole thing or the original LosAngelesCot24 version is real it opens up the possibility that one of them is lying. Also there is the possibility that they are both from RTL and just different takes; after all it was put together by a TV station so rehearsals are a possibility.
